  8. 1 teaspoon tandoori masala powder
  9. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  10. 2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
  11. 3 tablespoons of roasted chickpea flour or roasted chickpeas
  12. salt to taste
  13. 1 lemon
  14. 3 tablespoons of curd (curd)
  15. 5-6 tablespoons of butter
  16. 50 gm mustard oil

  7. Put a frying pan on the gas stove, add mustard oil to the pan, heat the oil, put the chicken pieces, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat on the gas. After 10 minutes, flip it over to the other side, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Put the pan aside, light the coals, put a bowl next to the chicken pieces, put the roasted coals in the bowl, put some butter on the coals, the smoke will come out, cover with a lid. After 5-10 minutes, the tandoori fried chicken is ready to be served.
