Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Vegetable Thalli:

  1. half kg Beetroot
  2. half kg Reddish
  3. 250 gm potatoes
  4. half kg Spanish
  5. 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  6. 1 tbsp mustard seed
  7. half cup oil
  8. 2 onion
  9. half tsp kalonji
  10. half cup milk
  11. 1 lemon

Instructions to make to make Vegetable Thalli

  1. Red Colour of love
    Beet Root (Chukandar) half kg
    Cook BeetRoot, 2 tomatoes with 1 tsp salt until tender dry all water them mash it with masher. In pan take 3 tbsp oil add 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp Crushed Cumin seeds 1 tbsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp onion seeds (kalonji) 1 tsp mustard seeds then add mashed beet root stir fry gently add half tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp lemon juice cook until it start leaving side of pan adjust spice as per taste....
  2. Take half kg Reddish in a pot of water add one small onion slice in it and cook until it tender mash it. In pan take 2 tbsp muatard oil add chopped garlic sliced green chillies 1 tsp cumin seeds and mashed reddish add 2 tbsp yogurt abdcook for 10 mins.
  3. Green Colour of Faith fromm Spinach (Palak)
    Blanch half kg baby spinach take out from boiling water. Blend Blabched spunach with 4 tbsp mint and coriander leaves and 2 green chillies. In Pan take mustard oil add chopped garlic 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tsp red chilli flakes then add blended pinach puree in it cook in low falme for 10 min add salt as per taste half tsp garammasala befire serving add butter and 2 tbsp cream.. served with cottage cheeses cubes.
  4. Yellow colour of Happiness from Potatoes.

    Boil half kg potatoes cuttes in cube with 1 tbsp cumin seed 1 rsp turmeric powder and salt. when potatoes cook fully give Tarka of Ghee 1 tsp culin seeds 1 tsp mustatd seed 1 tsp klonji and 2 tbsp karri leaves..
