- Cut the potatoes into large pieces and place in water for 5 minutes and dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the carrot into large pieces and set aside. Cut the onion into 1 cm (half inch) slices across the grain.
- Heat a deep frying pan over medium heat and add the oil to fry the meat until it turns brown.
