  2. Now chop all veggies in a small pieces.And mix all veggies add chopped spring onion mint green garlic corriender and paneer.Add salt crushed pepper curd lemon juice chilli flex mix well.
  3. Cut paneer with star mould and soak in beetroot water for colour. Cut spring onion white part and put in a chilled water for 1/2hr. Cut carrot like flower.Arrange with corriender stems spring onion and mint leaves.
