- So first I take the pork and rinse it with water, then I poke holes in the side of the meat. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour over it. Season generously and add some onion and garlic to the holes. I cut away some of the skin and then cleaned underneath to really let the bandage penetrate. I let mine marinate for 48 hours but you can marinate overnight.
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. We take a sprig of beans and put it in the oven for 4 hours. Let it rest and then enjoy!
