  3. Now, in another bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and 1/4 cup water, mix well and make hard dough.
  4. Now, cover all three dough and leave it for 10 minutes. Then make an equal loaf of all three flours to make the layers and weave according to the size of the paratha.
  5. Now, first oil the green layer and arrange the yellow layer on it, then apply the oil on the yellow layer and arrange the red layer on it and roll it by applying oil on it.
  6. Then, cut the roll evenly with a knife, weave it again paratha size. Now, heat the pan and fry in oil on both sides.
