- In a deep bottom karahi add oil.When heated add jeera wait till it splutter.Add the chopped onion,ginger and chillies fry till the onion gets translucent.Now add all the spices and cook fr 2-3 min on medium flame.Gradually add the grated beet root and carrot.Cook fr 5-6 min and keep stir the mixture,add coriander and switch off the flame.
- Transfer the mixture into another bowl add the mashed potatoes and mix it well,add half the crumb and reserve the half for dusting the cutlets.Now shape the cutlets and roll them in crumbs.Deep fry and serve.
