  1. Add the diced jalapenos, onion, garlic, chili, chicken broth, beans and seasonings. Stir.
  2. Place the chicken breasts over the mixture in the pan. Keep the pot on low heat for 7-8 hours.
  3. Flip the chicken 1/2 and continue cooking.
  4. Take out the chicken and chop it. Place the ground chicken in a saucepan and add the cream cheese. Mix well, making sure the cream cheese has melted. Bake another 30 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the cilantro and green onion just before serving.
  6. Top with your favorite cheese, tortilla chips or avocado.
