- 2 lb chicken breast, cut into 1 inch
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- peel one orange, peel half and cut into strips

- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with corn starch.
